August 17, 2020 by Steph Leave a Comment

Guam is an island and is an unincorporated territory of the USA in the North Pacific Ocean. It is one of the largest and one of the most populous regions of the southernmost part of the Mariana Islands. It is divided into the northern limestone plateau which is covered with jungle and volcanic hills that have sword grass. The hills have an elevation of more than 1,000 ft. and the island has lower slopes on the eastern side.

The climate of the region is quite pleasant because of the northeast trade winds and northern equatorial ocean currents. Apart from that, the culture of Guam is quite diverse; it has a touch of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Filipino and adopts many things from other Asian communities. Apart from that, you can find many things from the American culture, for instance, you can find American-style shopping malls in Dededo called the Micronesia Mall which serves as one of the major recreational and cultural points. Apart from that, there are many exotic cuisines that you must try when you are visiting Guam including red rice that has rice which is a cardinal part of Guam’s food and culture and people of Guam. You can also find different places on the internet using Spectrum internet. You can also explore different aspects of the culture in Guam using the Spectrum Silver packages as well.
